You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to promptly update your account profile if any information changes. jlq is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Discrepancies between registration information and KYC documentation may result in account restriction pending resolution.
Your jlq account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise permit any third party to access or use your account. Accounts operated by third parties — including "agent" operations, shared play arrangements, or automated bot access — are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlq login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. jlq will never ask for your password, full PIN, or OTP through any support channel — any communication making such a request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jlq support immediately.

E-wallet deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jlq real-money balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are typically credited within fifteen (15) minutes but may take up to two (2) business hours during periods of high banking system load. jlq is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or network outages.

During any compliance review period, the relevant withdrawal amount may be placed on a temporary hold. jlq will notify affected players and process approved withdrawals as promptly as possible following review completion.
All promotions, bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and any other promotional value ("Promotional Offers") issued by jlq are subject to specific terms stated on each individual offer page. In the event of conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that offer.

jlq shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) losses arising from your voluntary decision to gamble; (c) disruptions attributable to third-party services including payment processors, internet service providers, or mobile network operators; (d) losses arising from your failure to maintain account security; or (e) any circumstance beyond jlq's reasonable control including force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits jlq's liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by jlq's negligence; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jlq collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC compliance, AML monitoring, customer support, marketing (where consent has been given), and regulatory reporting obligations to PAGCOR and other applicable Philippine authorities.

jlq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a notice displayed prominently within the Platform at the time of login for a period of no less than seven (7) days following the effective date of change.
Your continued use of jlq following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with Section 7.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their formation, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and jlq, you agree to first attempt resolution through jlq's internal customer support process. Disputes not resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
